West Ham United have made contact with Chelsea for striker Romelu Lukaku.
Belgian sources say the Hammers are interested in taking the former Anderlecht star on a season-long loan.
Lukaku is expected to travel with Chelsea to the USA for preseason training before a decision is made over whether he should be released for loan.
