West Ham United signing Joe Cole insists he holds no grudge against Liverpool.
Cole holds no grudges towards his former employers or manager Brendan Rodgers.
He said: "The reason it didn't go right at Liverpool was because I didn't play.
"I've been a good player at West Ham, Chelsea, Lille and England - but for Liverpool I didn't play.
"But I can't fault anyone there. No one's done me wrong. It's a good club and Brendan's a great manager.
"I just want to move on from it. I need to enjoy my football and it is great to be back where I started. It is very surreal walking out on pitches where I played when I was in the under-13s. I will be inspired here."
