West Ham United are close to confirming two new signings within the next 24 hours.
The Hammers are set to announce they have signed Lukasz Fabianski and Issa Diop, according to the Evening Standard.
Goalkeeper Fabianski and centre-back Diop are key targets for new manager Manuel Pellegrini, who wants to shore up the Hammers back line.
Diop has already completed his medical, which means he will soon sign a contract to complete the £22 million transfer from Toulouse.
The 6ft4in defender is only 21 and has been targeted by the likes of Everton and Sevilla.
He will be joined by Fabianski, who recently admitted that he would be sad to leave Swansea soon after their relegation. But he is determined to remain in the Premier League.
