The Daily Mail have reported West Ham United will make a massive bid for Swansea's defender Alfie Mawson during the January transfer window.

Despite Swansea's struggles, the young English player has shown his quality in the league this season, and David Moyes wants to make him the first signing of his tenure as West Ham manager.

However, it will take a massive offer to get Mawson out of Swansea, especially with the club fighing a relegation battle too.
