West Ham are expected to announce Gianluca Nani as their new technical director on Monday.

Hammers boss Alan Curbishley travelled to Italy last week to discuss possible summer transfer targets with Nani, who has been working as general manager at Brescia.

Nani could also have a role with the West Ham Academy.
