West Ham United defender Winston Reid is facing ten weeks out with an ankle injury.

Reid broke down in training last week and the injury has since been diagnosed as severely damaged ankle ligaments.

It is feared Reid could miss up to 10 weeks with the problem, delivering a major blow to Sam Allardyce's defensive plans.
