West Ham United reject Chris Cohen is excited by the prospect of reaching the Premiership with Nottingham Forest.

Cohen, who managed only a couple of starts for West Ham after graduating from their academy, stepped down two divisions with Yeovil "to get some games under my belt".

The matchwinner against Middlesbrough, Cohen said: "Promotion would make it full circle and show what a great move it was to drop down the league. I saw it as a chance to build experience.

"Yeovil gave me the chance to start games, learn some tricks of the trade and grow as a player."
