West Ham boss Sam Allardyce says that the Hammers have not received any bids from Cardiff for 26-year-old striker Ricardo Vaz Te. "It always happens at this time of year - it's just agents getting busy," Allardyce said.

Allardyce also claimed he is unlikely to make any late signings before the transfer window closes on Monday 2 September.

"I've got no more money left, so the squad I've got is the squad I've got," he added.
