Despite their ownership drama, West Ham United are moving ahead of with development plans.
The Daily Mail says West Ham have applied for planning permission to build a new training ground on a 29-acre site in Rush Green, near Romford in Essex, purchased in the summer.
The academy facilities at West Ham's existing training ground in Chadwell Heath would also be redeveloped.
