West Ham have put new contract talks with Slaven Bilic on hold.
The Sun says Hammers chiefs had planned to give the ex-Croatia manager a new deal in January, with initial discussions starting months ago.
But West Ham have only won two of their last twelve games and were smashed 4-2 at West Brom on Saturday.
It is now believed Bilic, 48, could be SACKED if results do not improve in the next month.
A West Ham insider said: “You normally don't have to wait that long to find out how it's going to go.
“Half a dozen games usually tells you what you need to know."
