West Ham United's senior players praised Demba Ba after their draw at West Bromwich Albion.
Ba struck twice in the 3-3 thriller.
Scott Parker said: "Demba can fire us out of trouble. He has come in and made a massive impact."
Mark Noble added: "Demba was like two different players. He didn't really know what to expect in the first half but, after the break, he was fantastic for us.
"He won headers, got to the byeline, put crosses in and managed to score twice.
"Over the next couple of games, we're going to need a player like that."
