West Ham United players have assured manager Avram Grant they're behind him.
The Daily Mail says after defeat at Liverpool, Grant has received a vote of confidence from the players at a specially convened summit following that crushing loss.
West Ham, who welcome back Scott Parker for Saturday's 'save our season' clash, called a crisis meeting at their Chadwell Heath training ground where not one of the players pointed fingers of blame at Grant.
