West Ham United have approached Barcelona for young striker Munir El Haddadi.
After the success of Alex Song this season, West Ham are now returning to the same communication line for Barca teammate El Haddadi.
Sport says Barca are reluctant to release the 19 year-old forward for loan in January, despite dropping him back into the B squad in recent weeks.
For his part, El Haddadi, though flattered by West Ham's interest, is happy playing for Barca B coach Eusebio Sacristan.
The striker's stunning emergence at the start of the season saw him break into the senior Spain squad.
