West Ham United are desperate not to lose young defender Reece Oxford.
The 15-year-old is viewed as one of the Hammers' best emerging talents and his performances have caught the eye of all the Premier League big guns including Chelsea and Arsenal.
Sky Sports says West Ham have offered the centre-back a lucrative deal which would make him one of the best paid youngsters at the club to fend off interest from other sides.
