West Ham United assistant manager Neil McDonald says Wally Downes' departure hasn't affected the squad.
McDonald, Allardyce's No 2, revealed the loss of Downes has had no effect on the team.
The 47-year-old said: "The manager has made his points known on that and I will leave that for him to speak about it. We have moved Ian Hendon up and we have moved Nicky Haycock up as well so everything seems to be working as well as it was before Wally left."
