Andre Ayew has departed Swansea City for West Ham United but did not forget to thank his now former club.

The Ghanaian winger has signed a three-year deal with the Hammers for a club-record fee of £20.5million after spending just one season with the Swans.

Ayew, who was one of the Welsh clubs best performers last term, ensured he did not leave the Liberty Stadium without expressing his gratitude for the help and support he received throughout his 12-month stay.
