West Ham are ready to offer new terms to Aaron Cresswell.
The Daily Mail says West Ham are set to open talks with Cresswell over a second new contract in the space of a year to safeguard against approaches from Liverpool and Manchester City.
The left-back signed an improved five-year deal last June when City were interested in a move and co-owner David Sullivan is poised to start negotiations on fresh terms this summer.
The 26-year-old has become an essential part of Slaven Bilic's side having started and finished every West Ham league game bar one in the past two seasons.
