West Ham United boss Sam Allardyce is determined to hold onto Kiwi defender Winston Reid.
The Sun says the Hammers will offer Reid an improved contract before the start of the season.
West Ham hope to stave off interest from Arsenal, Everton and Newcastle United, among others.
Reid will lead West Ham on their tour of his native New Zealand this month.
