West Ham United are eager to tie Mark Noble to a new deal.
West Ham have opened talks with Noble over a new contract, says the Mirror.
The midfield player's current deal expires at the end of this season.
If there is no agreement about an extension, then the club could lose the 25-year-old on a free transfer next June.
