West Ham United are believed to be keen on Besiktas midfielder Manuel Fernandes reports the Mirror.
The 27-year old Portuguese is looking for a pathway back to the Premier League after previous loan spells with Portsmouth and Everton and the Hammers are in pole position.
Sunderland and the Toffees are also showing interest but West Ham boss Sam Allardyce is determined to win the race for the former Benfica and Valencia man.
