West Ham United midfielder Mark Noble hopes to see Sam Allardyce remain in charge next season.
Noble has backed under-fire Allardyce to put West Ham's woes behind them and come back stronger next season.
He said: "It's been a tough season, but with the injuries we've had, we've not quite got what we deserved, but now we're 12th in the league.
"We've done well to get out of the position we were in at Christmas, and that's credit to the lads.
"I support the gaffer because I have played every single game under Sam since he has come and I've won two Hammer of the Year awards."
