West Ham United midfielder Ravel Morrison is eager to clinch a move to Fulham.
The Mail on Sunday says Morrison's hopes of a new contract with West Ham have hit the buffers for complex reasons.
New Fulham boss Rene Meulensteen, is well aware of Morrison's talents and awkward past, having coached him at Manchester United.
Morrison believes his mercurial style could be better expressed under Meulensteen's methods than those of West Ham boss Sam Allardyce, and that he will also be able to break into the upper echelons of the 'pay league'.
As it stands Morrison is on a 'restricted' contract at West Ham. Talks to improve the deal keep hitting buffers for various reasons.
