West Ham United midfielder Jack Collison is set for knee surgery.

Collison, who was ruled out for the season early last month, is hoping to be back in time for pre-season training in July.

Wales midfielder Collison played through the pain barrier for much of the season in a bid to help the Hammers fight the drop.
