West Ham United midfielder Joe Cole wants to gatecrash England's World Cup squad.
Cole has not played for England since 2010.
Speaking on Radio 5 Live Cole said: "I'm hoping if I can keep fit to get back into the England squad and have another go.
"Playing for your country is the pinnacle. You never know. There's another World Cup in a year's time."
