West Ham United midfielder Joe Cole is full of praise for Tottenham boss Andre Villas-Boas.
Cole knows AVB from their time at Chelsea.
"When I was at Chelsea, Andre worked there as a scout for Jose Mourinho," says Cole.
"He was obviously very good at his job. He was out and about so the Chelsea players didn't see him a lot but we did meet him on occasions and he was very much part of the backroom team.
"I had a few chats with him and we got on well. I've also talked to him since he has been managing Tottenham and he is a really nice guy, a top manager and I think he can go on and do amazing things in his career.
"Tottenham are lucky to have a top-drawer manager in Andre."
