West Ham United management are delighted with the impact of recent signing Guillermo Franco.
Franco arrived from Villarreal on a free transfer earlier this season and struck in West Ham's 2-2 draw at Sunderland.
"He's new to English football but he's settled in pretty quickly," said assistant manager Steve Clarke.
"That goal will give him a boost. I think his partnership with Carlton is already showing signs of promise, which is good for us."
