Le Havre's 20-year-old centre-back Harold Moukoudi is wanted by West Ham.
The Daily Mail says West Ham have made an offer for Moukoudi who is rated at £10.7m.
But the Irons are not alone in pursuing a deal for the youngster.
The former France U18 international also has interest from Burnley, Crystal Palace, Brighton and Derby County.
