West Ham have made an offer for Fulham midfielder Tom Cairney.
Sky Sports says Fulham have turned down a £20m offer from London rivals West Ham for captain Cairney.
The Hammers' have decided to resurrect their pursuit of the midfielder, after having two bids for him rejected in January.
Cairney was keen to join West Ham when they bid for him in January, but it is unclear how Fulham's promotion to the top flight has affected his thinking.
As well as replacing manager David Moyes with Manuel Pellegrini, West Ham have also signed Issa Diop, Lukasz Fabianski and Ryan Fredericks.
