West Ham United have made clear how serious they are about relocating to the Olympique stadium.

The Daily Mail says there were fears within the London Legacy Development Corporation that the Hammers would take advantage of being the only bidders who will get near to filling the venue on a regular basis by offering a low annual rental for the number of days they want use of the facility.

But it is believed West Ham have tabled a bid of nearly £10million a year, which should be enough to secure a rental deal which the Upton Park hierarchy are banking the club's future on.
