West Ham United legend Phil Parkes feels the current team is the worst in living memory.
Parkes watched West Ham's 3-0 home defeat by Arsenal and reckons this is the worst Hammers team he's ever seen.
He told the Daily Star: "They ended up with a midfield of Luis Boa Morte, Jonathan Spector and Radoslav Kovac - probably the worst we've ever had.
"That couldn't even play in the Championship! It was laughable.
"Then there is Frederic Piquionne. He turned up before the game and said he couldn't play because of a toothache!
"If that had happened in our day, Billy Bonds would have put him up against a wall, given him a right hook and knocked his tooth out for him!
"West Ham can't afford to go down, but unless they can do something to strengthen it looks inevitable."
