West Ham United boss Sam Allardyce is making a deadline day move for Swansea City striker Bafetimbi Gomis.

Gomis, who has been house-hunting in London in recent weeks, is keen on a move south and is aware of the Hammers' interest.

Big Sam has an £8 million bid prepared for Gomis should he lose Carlton Cole today.

Cole is interesting West Bromwich Albion.
