West Ham are launching a bid for Bournemouth midfielder Harry Arter.
The Sun says Irons boss David Moyes is ready to make a £15 million bid for Arter.
Moyes wants to spend on new faces next month and would prefer domestic talent — with midfielder Arter emerging as a major target.
Arter, 27, has been in and out of Eddie Howe's Cherries side lately to raise doubts about his long-term future just months after he signed a new deal.
Moyes is a big fan of the competitive Ireland star who would put muscle in his midfield.
He could also be an eventual successor to Mark Noble as the club's homegrown 'heart'.
