West Ham United goalkeeper Robert Green is grateful to manager Gianfranco Zola for helping him win back a place in the England squad.
"He has been tremendous for me, the team and club," said Green. "It didn't take too long for him to be offered a new contract, so he is valued.
"We are more attack-minded and pass the ball all the time.
"We would not have done that under previous managers. Zola has got belief and confidence in the guys that we can play how he wants.
"That is a tremendous attribute for a coach to have. He has helped each player.
"Look at Carlton Cole, who has come on a great deal. We are all responding."
