West Ham United are prepared to rip up the contract of Ravel Morrison.
The Telegraph reports Morrison has returned to the Upton Park club after his Cardiff City loan was cut short and has trained with West Ham's Under-21s.
But, rather than wait to try to find another club willing to sign him, West Ham have decided they want to get rid of Morrison as quickly as possible.
Morrison earns around £15,000-a-week, but West Ham are unlikely to offer him the full terms of his contract to leave. Instead, they will argue that a host of disciplinary issues mean they do not have to hand the 21-year-old a pay-off.
