Siena's Italian defender Daniele Portanova is interesting West Ham United.
Boss Gianfranco Zola wants the 30-year-old centre-back to play alongside Matthew Upson next season.
And Portanova's agent, Dario Canovi, admitted: "West Ham are extremely interested."
