West Ham are launching a bid for Roma striker Seydou Doumbia.
Doumbia is currently on-loan at CSKA Moscow and available from Roma.
Sport Mediaset says West Ham are ready to step in and solve the impasse by offering €22m to buy Doumbia in January.
He'd be at his first Premier League experience after spells in Africa, Japan, Switzerland, Russia and Italy.
