West Ham United hope to close a deal for free agent Nene today.
The Brazilian attacker is undergoing a Hammers medical after touching down in London yesterday.
Co-chairman David Sullivan wants to push through the deal and bolster West Ham's attacking options after striker Andy Carroll was ruled out for the rest of the season.
Nene is available after leaving Al Gharafa in Qatar last month.
