West Ham United have fined captain Kevin Nolan two weeks' wages.
Nolan has been fined £100,000 as West Ham boss Allardyce hits his captain hard over two red cards in four games.
The midfielder was sent off during the defeat at Fulham on New Year's Day for lashing out at Fernando Amorebieta.
