West Ham United are interested in unsettled Juventus midfielder Tiago.

The Mirror says West Ham boss Alan Curbishley is eyeing up former Chelsea midfielder Tiago for an £8million January transfer window swoop.

Portuguese midfielder Tiago has fallen out with Juventus boss Claudio Ranieri and is set to be allowed to go just six months after joining the Italian giants from Lyon. Curbishley is desperate to strengthen his midfield and sees 26-year-old Tiago as an ideal addition because of his experience with Chelsea.

Tiago said: "The Premier League gives you great projection across the world and I just hope I get more opportunities than I have had at Juventus."
