Valenciennes' Ivory Coast left-back Tiene Siaka is ready to move to the Premier League.
West Ham United, Fulham and Wolves are thought to be chasing his signature, and Tiene has revealed he has instructed his agent to begin negotiations.
He told skysports.com: "The club has given me a blessing for a transfer and I have told my agent based in England to find me a club there.
"I have other contacts but my first priority is to play in the Premier League. I am looking forward to that.
"There is nothing concrete as yet but things might go quickly in the next 48 hours.
"I am confident. I have a contract here so I am relaxed. I hope to realise my dream of playing in the best league in the world."
