Slaven Bilic has promised West Ham fans that he has calmed down after twice being banished from the touchline while in charge of Besiktas.

"Recently, I have calmed down on the touchline," explained Bilic. "I am emotional and I will never be completely calm like some of the coaches, but I am really good now."
