Sky Sports is suggesting that West Ham United and Max Gradel have failed to reach an agreement regarding a winter transfer.
The 26-year old Saint-Etienne winger is in London this Thursday evening to discuss terms with the Hammers but as of yet, no deal has been agreed upon.
Ivory Coast international Gradel, who joined Les Verts from Leeds United in 2011, is looking for regular game time ahead of the 2014 World Cup.
