West Ham United have failed with a bid for Cardiff City winger Joe Ledley.
The Sun says Cardiff have rejected West Ham's £5 million offer for Ledley.
Everton, Spurs, Wigan, Fulham and Stoke are watching the midfielder too.
But Bluebirds chairman Peter Ridsdale said: "Joe is not for sale."
