West Ham United's owners will face a major bill should they seek to overhaul their management structure.

The Sunday Express says West Ham could face a bill of £10m if Gianfranco Zola, Steve Clarke and Kevin Keen are forced out at the end of the season.

Zola isn't expected to stick around for next season, but will seek a payoff for the remaining years of his contract.
