West Ham are pushing to secure St Etienne attacker Jonathan Bamba to a pre-contract.

The Sun says Hammers want the Frenchman, 21, to sign a pre-contract with them before his deal runs out with the Ligue 1 side in the summer.

Huddersfield tried for Bamba before and may go in again.

Crystal Palace are also keen — though Saint-Etienne want to keep their France Under-21 star.
