Blackburn Rovers face losing skipper Paul Robinson this summer.
The Sun says West Ham United boss Sam Allardyce is understood to be keen on a reunion with the ex-England No 1.
Ex-Rovers manager Allardyce's interest in snapping-up the former Leeds and Tottenham shot-stopper follows the uncertainty over current No 1 Robert Green's future at Upton Park.
The England international is wanted Spanish outfit Malaga and is out of contract this summer.
