West Ham enter partnership with NSW academy

English Championship club West Ham United have formed a partnership with New South Wales-based Galaxy Football academy.

English Championship club West Ham United have formed a partnership with New South Wales-based Galaxy Football academy.

The Hammers have given the opportunity to elite youngsters in NSW to participate in the annual West Ham Player Identification Camp to be run between 11-13 April 2012.

The West Ham Academy has a great reputation and in the past has produced such players as Rio Ferdinand, Frank Lampard, Joe Cole and Michael Carrick whilst Australians Robbie Slater, Stan Lazaridis, Lucas Neill and current young gun Dylan Tombides have all played for the East Londoners.
