West Ham have told Manchester City they will have to pay £20m to buy Craig Bellamy and Scott Parker, claims the Daily Star. City have had a £16m bid for the pair rejected by the Upton Park board.

The Hammers value Bellamy at £12m and Parker at £10m but would be willing to reach a compromise deal if much of the transfer fee was paid up front.
