West Ham defender Jose Fonte is convinced momentum is now with them after their draw with West Brom.

Victory over Huddersfield on Monday and this hard-fought draw adds up to a tasty four points in a week.

Fonte said: “We have most definitely got some momentum now and the results will come.

“The confidence is coming. We've had two good results. Now we have to grab onto that, keep winning and climb the table.

“Unfortunately we didn't start the season well but four points from two games – we have to take that.

“We're not in the position that we want to be but it's only five games. And we're taking the right steps."
