West Ham United coach Kevin Keen says Gianfranco Zola and Steve Clarke have brought a new ambition to the club.

Keen said: "I was reserve team coach last season but when Franco and Steve came in, the board wanted me to work with them as someone who had been here for some time.

"The way the players have reacted has been brilliant and there's a good feeling around the club."
